Rebuilt Scout as a modular AI platform with vector database retrieval, configurable assistants, and a private admin dashboard.
Built admin tools for non-technical users to update knowledge sources, review unresolved questions, and maintain assistants without code changes.
Structured dozens of legal policies, procedures, and foundation documents for document search and retrieval.
Presented Scout workflows to leadership and designed automation for intake, weekly updates, reporting, and cross-team routing.

Developed five GPT-based support assistants using Google Sheets knowledge-base search, supporting approximately 600 logged questions.
