AI Annotation Intern at an engineering firm focused on satellite communications, networks, and mission software.

Promoted from AI & Systems Fellow

Junior Software Engineer Intern

Built and deployed Scout’s chat runtime and separate admin app with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and OpenAI APIs. Added role-based access and signed requests between apps.
Automated knowledge updates from Google Sheets so staff could maintain approved sources without code changes.
Checked releases with automated tests, CI, production builds, logs, and health endpoints. Used Codex and Claude Code for development, with diff review and validation.
Presented Scout to leadership and built intake, reporting, and handoff tools for staff.

Developed five GPT-based support assistants with Google Sheets knowledge search, supporting roughly 600 logged questions.
Built workflows with Google Sheets, Forms, and Apps Script for intake, scheduling, knowledge logging, and reporting.
Added department routing, support-tier labels, unresolved-question tracking, and escalation to human owners.
Deployed 8+ websites and internal tools using Next.js, Vercel, and Squarespace.
